Hello, how was the things going on with you guys? Well, I’m still looking for a body shell for my OEM RC Car and did not found even one that will satisfy my desires so I keep hold on until I may find the body I want.
Actually I have something on my mind, it is just that I cannot find it anywhere even on ebaY, let alone my local hobby store. I live in a small city called Miri, in state of Sarawak in Malaysia. There’s very little hobby shop here and the choices are very limited.
Here is what I aimed for. It is actually a hacked body. But we need to find the base body somehow to be able to hack it. Am I right?
Then the guy did some hard modification and then they got this.
Repaint. :-p
You can find about this hacks here at, High Lift Crew Cab Dually.
But for my Homemade RC, I plan to make the body ourself out of Coke Cola cans! Let’s see one guy that have been doing a body with an aluminium sheets, the same materials as Coke Cola cans.
This another guy were really talented. Just see how his works below.
More good news, he also posted his videos on how to do this stuff.
Let’s watch them.
After watching these videos, I hope you will start your own RC project. If you do, take some pictures while doing it and you can submit to me after that I’ll let you post it on UniqueRC.com. Sounds cool huh? Good, get going, and yeah I always say this. Please subscribe to my feed.

what metal did yo use to make the panels and howd u stik em todether
The “metal” is an aluminium sheet or it’s other name that you might know is “baking sheet”. The aluminum foil we use in the kitchen.
hey…can you tell me with what material you joined all these parts of aluminium and how you fixed your axle to hold tires to the body ???
You can use super glue for metal to join them.
The axle are mounted into the chasis using either “U” bolt or any way you want.
You need to get a chassis.
